Questions before you book?

Yes! We'd love for you to refer us, and we're happy to give you a $25 credit for every new customer — plus they get a $25 credit too. You'll need to be a customer in order to earn credits.
Do I need to be onsite for you to do the install?+
It's not necessary for you to be home during the install, provided there's access to powered outdoor outlets. Our crew tests the lights after putting them up to be certain all connections are secure.
What happens if a light goes out?+
In-season maintenance is included for the lights we provide and install. We test your display at installation. If something stops working, call Lee; we aim to provide service within 72 hours when possible.
Are we renting or purchasing the lights?+
Your seasonal service includes company-provided lights custom fitted to your home, along with design, installation, maintenance, takedown and storage. The lights remain ours; they are not sold to you as part of the service.
What if I own my own lights?+
We install only the commercial-grade lights we provide so we can custom-fit your display and maintain it throughout the season. We do not install customer-owned lights.

Enjoy Christmas, not the setup
Skip the tangled strands, ladder trips and burnt-out bulbs. We provide commercial-grade lights, fit them to your home and test your display before we leave.
If a light needs attention during the season, call Lee. When the holidays are over, we remove your display and store the lights for next season.
